Terms of Service

1. The Service

PrivacyMesh provides email alias generation and forwarding services. We generate unique email aliases that forward incoming emails to your real email address, helping you protect your privacy online.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PrivacyMesh only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use aliases to send spam or unsolicited emails.
• Use the service for illegal activities of any kind.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or abuse the infrastructure.
• Create aliases for the purpose of fraud or impersonation.
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at security@ai-nocode.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase for annual plans.

5. Free Plan Limitations

The Free plan is limited to 5 active aliases. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days notice.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

PrivacyMesh is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your aliases are deactivated and data is deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before making material changes to these terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
